  • Regular Attendee - rates apply to attendees from municipalities, universities, airports, hospitals, and transit organizations.
  • Supplier/Consultant/Commercial Operations - rates apply to attendees employed by suppliers, consultants, or commercial operations organizations.

  • Full Conference — best value for attendees participating in the full event. Includes all education sessions Sunday through Wednesday, Sunday Opening Event & Expo Hall access on Monday & Tuesday.
  • Sunday Only — includes all Sunday Education Events and the Opening Welcome Event.
  • Monday or Tuesday Daily — single-day conference access; pricing is per day. Includes all Education Sessions and Expo Hall.
  • Wednesday Only — includes all Education sessions on Wednesday and access to ShopTalks if you pre-register. (Non Expo Hall Day)
  • Expo Only — Monday or Tuesday Expo access only; pricing is per day.

Optional Opening Welcome Event Note: The spouse/guest ticket only applies to a spouse or guest who is not attending the Conference & Expo. The Opening Event is included in full registrations, Sunday daily registrations, and booth staff registrations.

MEALS: Coffee and hot tea will be available throughout the morning on Monday & Tuesday & Wednesday.

A light lunch will be provided Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. There are a limited number of vegetarian/vegan, and gluten-free meals available, based on the stated dietary needs on your registration form. IPMI and the Convention Center will do their best to accommodate dietary restrictions within the available food. Food will be labeled.

Registration Guidelines

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
  • Member and non-member pricing is based on registration category.
  • Rates increase after each deadline.
  • Members-only group discount: $50 off the 3rd–10th registration is automatically applied when registering a group all at once.
  • The group discount applies to full registrations only and is not valid on daily registrations or optional events.
