Registration FAQ


General

Conference & Expo
Coffee and tea will be available from 8 - 9:00 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. 

Lunch will be provided Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. There are a limited number of vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free and other special meals available, based on the stated dietary needs on your registration form. The caterers at the Convention Center will do their best to accommodate dietary restrictions. Food will be labeled. Please check with a banquet person to see if a special meal is still available. 

Parking & Mobility Classic Golf Outing   
If you are registered for the Parking & Mobility Classic Golf Outing on Sunday, June 6, breakfast and lunch will be provided when you arrive at the course and complimentary beverage carts will be available throughout event.

Sunday Evening Opening Event
Applies to those who have a full registration, opening event ticket, or Sunday Daily registration. The event is being held from 6:30pm to 8:30 pm, and light finger food will be provided. Not a full dinner. 

Dress in lightweight business casual clothing that's comfortable in the June heat. A breathable shirt or blouse, business casual pants, and comfortable closed-toe shoes are good choices. Conference venues are often air-conditioned, so bring a light layer for indoors.

Absolutely and you’ll find that it’s quite the buzz during the event with attendees engaging and connecting virtually even on the go. You’ll also find that it’s packed full of information and this year, in an effort to be more sustainable, IPMI will not be producing a physical Program Guide and the content will be posted in the mobile app.  It’s also a useful tool to start planning your session participation and getting to know other attendees long before your feet hit the ground in Milwaukee. 

You can find the mobile app in the Google Playstore or Apple App Store by searching for IPMI beginning in early May.

Be sure to download the conference mobile app from the Google Playstore (in late May) or Apple App Store.

The Call for Presentations opens August 17 and closes on September 10, 2026.  For more information, including the submission process for future events, contact Kathleen Federici, federici@parking-mobility.org, with any questions.

 

All programming will be held at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center. Locations for events not being held at the Center will be noted in the Events Section of the website or noted in the Schedule-at-a- Glance. 

In order for IPMI to issue an invitation letter you must follow the below directions:

First, you must register for the Conference and Expo and pay your registration in full.

Send an email to Conference@parking-mobility.org with the following details:
  • Full Name on Passport
  • Country of Origin
  • Passport  Number
  • Passport Expiration Date

Hotel & Travel

Visit the hotel page on the website here to book your hotel reservations. 

Please be advised that neither IPMI nor the conference hotels will contact you directly to arrange accommodation. Anyone claiming to do so is not authorized to represent our organization.

The hotel cut-off is May 13, 2027, however, please be aware, this only means that the IPMI contracted block of rooms is available to book up until that date, based on availability. Many of our properties sell out well in advance of the cut-off date.  Book early!

If you have missed the deadline, please email us at conference@parking-mobility.org. We will do our best to reach out to the hotel on your behalf but cannot guarantee that the hotel has a room for you.

All education and exhibits are self-contained in the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center.

IPMI shuttles will be provided to all off property special events including the Parking & Mobility Classic Golf Outing and the Opening Welcome Event. Shuttle service will NOT be provided from any nearby hotels to the Convention Center.  

The hotel will NOT contact you to book your hotel. 

Anyone contacting you to book your hotel room is a scam. These are pop-up entities that prey on convention traffic to run scams or meet quotas.  Often times they will book your room but later you will find out that you don’t have a room onsite or you pay additional fees.  These “room pirates” are extremely unscrupulous and are often long gone by the time the event rolls around.  We strongly encourage you to book inside IPMI’s block to protect yourself and reap the benefits of IPMI’s negotiated concessions and messaging service during the event.
 

Mobile App

Tap Agenda from the main menu to browse sessions by day. You can add sessions to your personal agenda by selecting the bookmark icon.

Click the Agenda icon, select the sessions you'd like to attend, and tap the bookmark or favorite icon. Your saved sessions will appear in My Sessions tab under your pofile in the bottom navigation.

This does not register you for activites. 

Select Speaker List to view presenter biographies, session details, and the sessions they are leading.

Tap Exhibitor List to browse the exhibitor list, search by company name, or view booth numbers , company profiles and products and services.


Click the Exhibitor List icon, search for the company, and view its booth number. You can also use the Expo Hall Map to locate the booth.

Tap Attendee List icon to browse the attendee directory (if enabled) and send connection requests or messages.

You must be fully logged in using your unique password to see the attendee list.

Open their profile from the Attendee List or Exhibitor List section and select Message if messaging is available.

You must be fully logged in using you unique registration password to use this feature.  

The #IPMI2027 mobile app offers a built-in note-taking page that can be used by attendees to jot down information before, during, and after their event. Attendees will be able to create notes without leaving the app.

Click the notes icon in a session, exhibitor listing, or speaker profile. You can access and email these notes to yourself under your profile.

Check the Notifications section in the bottom right corner of the app navigation and enable push notifications to receive important event news and reminders. 

Go to My Profile icon from the bottom app menu to edit your  photo.  All other profile updates come right from your registration. If you would like any of those detials updated, please contact us at conference@parking-mobility.org.

Feedback surveys can be found within the session.

Select the session you want to leave feedback for from the session list using the survey icon on each session page.

Open the SCANvenger Hunt Leaderboard section and click the scan link to scan participating exhibitor QR codes throughout the Expo Hall. Visit more booths to earn points and qualify for prizes.

The SCANvenger Hunt ends on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. Winners will be announced in the conference app shortly after the game concludes.

The SCANvenger Hunt is designed exclusively for conference attendees to encourage engagement and drive traffic throughout the Expo Hall. Exhibitors are not eligible to participate in the game or win prizes.

The SCANvenger Hunt ends on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. Winners will be announced in the conference app and by email shortly after the game concludes.

If you're one of our winners, you can either:

  • Pick up your prize at the IPMI booth during Expo hours, or
  • Have your prize shipped directly to you after the event by responding to the email that was sent to you.

Yes, you can hide your profile in the app. Click on the person icon on the bottom app navigation and use the Hide Profile icon under your photo to hide yourself.

Registration

IPMI does have a scholarship fund available to certification credential holders. Please download and read the guidelines for applying here.

Full registration fees include access to education sessions, admission to the Expo Hall and all General Sessions.

No, you do not have to be an IPMI member to attend, however, you can save money on your conference registration if your organization joins today!
 
You can choose to purchase membership through the Attendee Registration process or email us at membership@parking-mobility.org  for more information. Be sure to provide IPMI's Membership Department with a full company roster before registering other persons from your organization to ensure they receive the member rate.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Purchase Orders through our online registration process. We accept checks and can invoice your organization if necessary.  Please note, we do accept multiple forms of payment for one registration form with multiple items at once. We can assist with adding on items that need to be purchased seperately.
