Hotel Booking Scams
These typically involve calls or emails from people claiming to represent IPMI or our contracted properties, encouraging you to make reservations using supposed promotional codes at hotels near the conference venue. Please be advised that neither IPMI nor the conference hotels will contact you directly to arrange accommodations. Anyone claiming to do so is not authorized to represent our organization and is likely to be a scam. Only use the booking links provided in the above Hotel Reservations link.

Community Partner

IPMI and HONK would like to take this opportunity to inform you of our ongoing partnership in sustainability efforts regarding outreach to the local Orlando community. When exhibitors participate in our event, thousands of products are packaged and shipped. At the end of the event, some exhibitors choose to leave their items on the show floor due to excessive return shipping costs. In previous years, our staff simply gathered IPMI materials donated them to a local charity in conjunction with our local Convention & Visitors Bureau. Our goal is to increase our outreach and the amount of donations to the community.
