SUBMITTING YOUR LOGO
To ensure the highest display quality of your company logo, please follow the guidelines below.
- Accepted file types for logo files are .ai, .eps, .pdf (vector files)
- Vector files are preferred, if supplying jpgs and pngs, they should be at no less than 300 dpi, 6”x6”.
- Fonts must be converted to outlines
CONFERENCE WEBSITE BANNER AD
Dimensions are 1170 x 150 px and must be static ads. Linked to the URL of your choice. Please supply own tracking URL if you would like statistics on your ad.

MOBILE APP ROTATING BANNER AD
Link to an external website. Please provide your own tracking URL to receive stats.
- Top of image: No important content within the top 20% of the image. For an image that is 600 pixels in height, that means keep important content off the top 60 pixels.
- Bottom of image: No important content within the bottom 10% of the image. For an image that is 600 pixels in height, that means keep important content off the bottom 30 pixels.
- Left & right sides of image: No important content within 10% of the left or right border. For an image that is 400 pixels in width, that means keep important content off the first 40 pixels and left 40 pixels.
