Your Guide for Attending #IPMI2026
If this is your first time attending, here is your guide for everything you need to know, from what to bring to what to wear to whom you'll meet and everything in between!
How to Prepare
First Timers Virtual Chat
Join the IPMI team for a live webinar to run through everything you need to know before you attend. We'll cover how to use our show app, what to bring onsite, and a live Q&A to answer all of your questions. Scheduled for June 3, 2026. Be on the lookout for an invitation as the event gets closer.
Justify Your Trip
Need additional approvals from your company before you book your trip? Download our customizable letter justifying all of the incredible experiences, education, and connections offered at #IPMI2026.
What to Wear
During the Day: Most attendees and exhibitors dress business casual or how you'd dress if you're going into your office. Remember to bring comfortable footwear (you'll do a ton of walking!), and don't forget to bring a coat!
Evening Events: Many attendees dress in casual attire for the evening events, including the Opening Welcome Event. You can certainly dress up if you'd prefer (but it's not required).
How to Get to the Event
#IPMI2026 will take place at the Baird Center located at 405 W. Kilbourn Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53203, North Building. Get directions.
Airport: Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE)
Need Parking?
Baird Center offers convenient indoor parking in the Baird Center garage with entrances at 500 W. Wells St. or 501 W. Kilbourn Ave. For additional parking options you can download the Interstate Parking app available on the Apple App or Google Play stores.
