Facility Tours
Step inside and see operations in their real-life setting!
The 2026 program allows for you to get out of the convention center and join one of our Facility Tours, where you're able to get a bird's eye view of a live operation. These tours are not included in your registration fee but can be added during registration.
Attire: Casual (comfortable walking shoes!)

Airport Facility Tour: Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport Time: 12:30 - 2:30 p.m.
Join a guided tour of MKE’s parking and transportation operations. Stops include the Airport Amtrak Train Station, Economy Parking Lots, Daily/Hourly Parking Structure, Employee Parking lots, TNC/Taxi Lot & pickup areas and Parking Administration Building. Learn about the MKE Shuttle operations, peak season logistics, customer service touchpoints, learn about technology used and ADA/EV amenities.
University Facility Tour: University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee
Time: 1:00 - 2:30 p.m.
Located just five miles north of downtown Milwaukee, UWM serves a vibrant community of approximately 25,000 students. With around 3,000 parking spaces available across campus, Transportation Services play a critical role in supporting daily mobility needs.
During this tour, we will visit the Transportation Services office and explore several key parking facilities. You’ll gain insight into how we coordinate with a diverse network of vendors to manage campus transportation efficiently ensuring reliable access for students, faculty, staff, and visitors alike.
