GENERAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION CONFIRMATION
You will receive an electronic confirmation of your registration from IPMI. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours after registering, please check your spam or contact the Registration department at
conference@parking-mobility.org.
BADGES
You will receive an electronic authorization/badge preview request two weeks prior to the meeting. Badges and conference material will be picked up onsite at the IPMI Registration Counters. Please bring your confirmation email and all credentials to the meeting. The bar code included on this confirmation will greatly speed your process through self-registration or the registration customer service area.
ELIGIBILITY
All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet IPMI eligibility policies. IPMI reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with this cancellation.
CONFERENCE PROFESSIONAL CODE OF CONDUCT
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and volunteers at our conference agree with the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everybody.
If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or removal from the conference with no refund.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the conference staff immediately. Conference staff can be identified as they'll be wearing easily indefinable IPMI logo’ed attire. For a complete list of our staff, visit our

We will be happy to help participants contact hotel/venue security or local law enforcement, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the conference.
Harassment includes, but is not limited to:
- Verbal comments that reinforce social structures of domination [related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion].
- Deliberate intimidation.
- Sustained disruption of education sessions, social media platforms or other events.
- Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior.
SPECIAL OFFERS/DISCOUNT CODES
Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase.
Discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced/discounted registrations. Limit one (1) special offer/discount code per registration.

HOTEL AND TRANSPORTATION

MEMBERS- SAVE WHEN YOU BRING YOUR TEAM
When registering three or more full conference attendees from the same organization at the same time, a $50 discount will be applied for each person starting with the third person in the group.
CONSENT TO USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IPMI’s meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to IPMI's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by IPMI and other third parties, including but not limited to the venue, the host city and the host CVB.

PAYMENT
Payment in full is required in order to process online registrations. For registrations that require request for invoicing, please contact
conference@parking-mobility.org. We welcome payments in the form of American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and checks payable to IPMI.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
We'd hate for you to miss this year's IPMI Conference & Expo, but if you must, all registration cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing by April 30, 2025. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $100 administrative fee will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests received after April 30, 2025. Submit all requests to the IPMI Registration Team via email at conference@parking-mobility.org. IPMI regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. For more information on our refund policy, check out our website. *Refunds will not be issued for the Opening Welcome Event or the Golf Tournament.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the conference and onsite. A fee of $25 per subsitution or change will be charged. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are not permitted.
