Over the past few years, efforts to digitally manage the curb continue to be a major storyline, bolstered by promises of significant outcomes like performance-based pricing, real-time reservations, and dynamic zones. In reality, most cities don’t even have a digital inventory yet. Learn from two leading agencies that started with the basics: building a digital inventory and coding the curb first so they could focus on the art of the possible now.

The Resurrection of a Parking Garage: Bringing New Life to a Neglected Parking Asset, including PARCS, APGS, Wayfinding, and Super Graphics!

Constructed in 1995, this parking structure has not been updated or maintained. In 2023, new ownership upgraded the technology to create a state-of-the-art parking experience for its users. Join us as we explore this case study, including the introduction of a new PARCS, single-space Automated Parking Guidance System (APGS), hotel integration, ticketing platform integration for major league football and minor league baseball, and new pedestrian wayfinding and super graphics to modernize this parking structure.
