Jeshua Pringle, CAPP
Jeshua is a parking and transportation professional with seven years of experience in parking and curb lane management. As a part of Kimley-Horn’s Atlanta team, Pringle has served as a project manager, client liaison, and quality control reviewer for parking and mobility projects across the country. Jeshua’s practice centers on the relationship between land use and transportation to help clients develop strategies that optimize their use of space and enhance their transportation system. He focuses on strategic planning and business management, parking operations, and leveraging parking to promote economic development.
Mark N. Santos, CAPP, PE
Mark is the Director of Operations for Walker Consultants in their South Florida office. He has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida and Pennsylvania, is trained as a Parksmart Advisor through the GBCI and USGBC and is a CAPP. He has 22 years of experience in parking planning, design, and restoration. He is highly skilled in the planning, functional design, operational consulting, and rehabilitation of parking facilities.
Vicky Gagliano, CAPP
Vicky currently serves THA Consulting, Inc. as their Director of Parking Consulting, providing expertise to all THA offices. Vicky has received recognition as a Certified Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP) and as a Certified Planner (AICP) through the American Planning Association. With more than 23 years’ experience and a strong background in finance, Vicky provides her clients with valuable insight and guidance on all aspects of their parking business.
