The Leadership Alphabet of Disposition Development Engagement and Reflection (LADDER©) System is a model designed to develop leadership capacity, increase engagement, and prepare a quality workforce for the landscape of the future. LADDER© provides an innovative approach to identifying the dispositions that are necessary for leader success and the leaders’ skill level in each disposition. This novel approach increases workforce and career readiness and increases the leadership readiness and effectiveness of aspiring and current leaders and executives in the parking and mobility industry.

Participants will:

  • Define critical vocabulary and identify its appropriate use for the innovative LADDER© model (leadership, disposition, development, engagement, reflection).
  • Review current challenges in developing leadership dispositions in the parking and mobility workforce. 
  • Engage in the LADDER© Disposition Model through a personalized assessment.
  • Use these results as the basis for group coaching through the development of effective dispositions.
  • Practice a customized action plan for their own personal and professional growth.
