We can’t wait to greet everyone in Ft Worth! IPMI is carefully and thoughtfully monitoring the latest expertise and recommendations, and actively working with the Ft Worth Convention Center and our vendor partners to provide a safe environment for our industry friends and our staff to gather together in June of 2023.
Rest assured, we will make use of any safety measures, including proactive, protective recommendations, in effect when the event opens and will have physical protective gear (masks, sanitizers, etc.) available for our friends on arrival.
IPMI’s COVID-19 Safety Plan
In partnership with the Ft Worth Convention Center, we’re facilitating measures that will ensure optimal health and sanitary conditions in all environments where in-person interaction take place.
While masking is not required currently by the Ft Worth Convention Center, IPMI is strongly encouraging attendees to mask. Vaccinations are highly recommended.
Name Badges will be distributed via self-serve, scan-and-go kiosks for a no-touch check in experience.
