IPMI Parking & Mobility Conference & Expo
July 24-27, 2022

IPMI’s Safety Plan

Creating a safe, worry-free #IPMI2022 experience is our top priority.

Proof of vaccination for all eligible individuals, or a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test within 72 hours, will be required at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.  By registering for this event, you are agreeing to adhere to this policy.

We can’t wait to greet everyone in New Orleans! IPMI is carefully and thoughtfully monitoring the latest expertise and recommendations, and actively working with the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and our vendor partners to provide a safe environment for our industry friends and our staff to gather together this July.

Rest assured, we will make use of any safety measures, including proactive, protective recommendations, in effect when the event opens and will have physical protective gear (masks, sanitizers, etc.) available for our friends on arrival. Our host property will have everything we need for a self-contained experience should you prefer to remain onsite for your entire stay with us.

IPMI’s COVID-19 Safety Plan
In partnership with the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, we’re facilitating measures that will ensure optimal health and sanitary conditions in all environments where in-person interaction take place.

Name Badges will be distributed via self-serve, scan-and-go kiosks for a no-touch check in experience.
