From Face-to-Face to Virtual – IPMI’s 2020 Conference & Expo Attendee Refund Policy
We know education is a vital part of your professional development. We are just as disappointed as you are not to meet face-to-face, but your growth doesn’t have to halt.
For those holding an existing registration to the 2020 IPMI Conference & Expo, scheduled for May 31-June 3 in San Antonio, Texas, your registration has been automatically rolled over to the virtual event. The rate applied for the virtual event is $499 for an IPMI member and $799 for a Non Member. This includes both days and access to the virtual platform and all of the education for a full year. Depending on what your previous registration included, you may have a refund/credit or balance due.
All existing registrants will be notified on April 7, 2020 via direct email with a request for confirmation of your transition by April 24th
. If you do not receive that email and you were registered, please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Below are the options available but you will need to indicate this to us using the form provided in the email sent on April 7.

|__ I’d like to apply my refund/credit towards something else (i.e. – online education, future events, etc.)
|__ I do not wish to be registered in the Virtual Event, please cancel my registration altogether. (this option will include a $50 cancellation/processing fee)
• You have until April 24th
to respond otherwise your registration will be non-refundable.
• Any Spouse/Guest registration fees will be an automatic full refund.
• Refunds will be issued within 30 days.
• Conference attendees will receive a confirmation email when the virtual program is available for viewing along with a link to access the virtual platform.

Many of you may be trying to visualize just how we’re going to transition our hallmark event of the year to a virtual event. We get it. IPMI is known for setting the standard and our Virtual Event will be no different.
