He has over 38 years' experience in design and construction and has specialized in parking structure restoration for 25+ years. As President of Innovative Engineering Inc. based in Atlanta and Seattle, he does work all over the U.S. and its territories. His passion is to educate real estate professionals on how they can save money by maintaining their parking structures.
