Biography
Adele Clements, CAPP, MPA, is Senior Director of Transportation, Parking and Fleet Services for Emory University in Atlanta, Ga. She has over 13 years of experience in transit, parking, emergency management, and transportation demand management. She is president of the Parking and Transportation Association of Georgia and prior to Emory, served as Manager of System Safety for the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA).
