Biography
Tom Devlin is Transportation Planner with the City of Durham, N.C., developing and implementing TDM programs and co-managing the city’s Bloomberg Mayors Challenge project. He has nearly 20 years of TDM experience and managed the alternative transportation program at Duke University. With King County Metro in Seattle, he designed programs to increase carpooling and vanpooling in the Puget Sound region. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Washington State Ridesharing Organization.
