Biography
Hal King, CAPP, has been in parking more than 35 years. He managed the Milwaukee, Wisc., parking meter system and oversaw Evanston, Ill., parking enforcement. He operated parking for the Milwaukee Bucks, was Executive Director in Springfield, Mass., and was Associate Director in the Albany, N.Y., Parking Authority. He earned his CAPP in 2011 and is a member of IPMI’s Technology Committee and CAPP Board.
