Biography
Brian Jones joined UBC in 2013 and oversees parking and access, having previously worked in numerous service industries including healthcare, retailing, and distribution in Canada and the U.K. He has a track record of driving innovation and in 2015, received NPS’s Innovative Organisation of the Year Award. He is increasingly focused on Smart City solutions, policy, and governance, specifically on how the interconnectivity of people and systems can improve safety, sustainability, and data-driven decision-making.
