Biography
Diane Confer, CAPP, CPA, is Director of Campus Services with UT MD Anderson Cancer Center. She leads a team that has provided customer service to patients and employees for the past 25 years. Before joining parking & transportation, she worked as an auditor at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center. Her goal for both herself and her staff is to treat customers with respect and have them leave in a better mood than they came.
