Biography
Joseph Snowden, MSHRM, began his military career with the Illinois Army National Guard in 1986. While his experience has been extensively focused toward maritime safety, security, and mobility, his responsibility has also included program development for Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Customs Enforcement, and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. Currently, he is Water Front Coordinator and Intermodal Transportation Manager for the City of Mobile, Ala.
