Biography
With more than 17 years of experience, Nicole Chinea, has been a key player for numerous teams and projects. She leverages her diverse experience in parking operations to provide consulting to all sectors of parking, with a focus on municipal and healthcare operations. As Director of Parking and Transportation at the Texas Medical Center, her responsibilities included the transportation of 8,000 riders/day. She also managed projects affiliated with the City of Houston and citywide initiatives.
