Mohammad Nouri, PE, LEED AP, has more than 30 years of experience in infrastructure planning, parking, and engineering. He has served as interim director for PARC in Louisville, Ky. He has a degree in civil engineering from the University of Kentucky and is licensed as a Professional Engineer and LEED AP.
