Biography
Ryan Givens, CAPP, is an experienced Associate Director of Transportation at Penn State, where he's been since 2012. Formerly he was Facility and Parking Planner for Transportation at NC State University for four years, and Transportation and Logistics Officer in the Marine Corps for 11 years. He's skilled in transit, fleet, alternative transportation, event parking, and day-to-day parking matters. He's a strong support professional with a master’s degree from Penn State and CAPP certification.
