Biography
Melissa Yates, CAPP, formerly, the Access and Parking Manager for the City of Boulder, Colorado provided overall leadership and management for daily operations, strategic planning, and policy guidance for both on- and off-street municipal parking programs, and assisted in mixed-use development implementation and administration. Currently, Melissa is the Director of University Services with SP+. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, and received her CAPP certification in 2010.
