Biography
Barbara Chance, PhD, founded CHANCE Management Advisors, Inc. (CMA) to provide advisory services to parking and transportation owners. Under her leadership, CMA has been engaged by many of the nation’s premier universities, medical centers, and developers, as well as foreign governments. She taught the management section of the CAPP course for 20 years, and was presented IPMI’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2019.
