Biography
Peer Ghent, PE, has more than 50 years of business, government, and academic experience. Prior to joining the Parking Meter Division of the Los Angeles Department of Transportation in 2008, he was a management consultant doing business as Peer Ghent & Associates for more than 20 years. He earned his MBA at Harvard University and his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Cornell University.
