Biography
Mike Tudor, CAPP, is Assistant Director of the Parking Authority of River City (PARC), Inc. in Louisville, Ky. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Cincinnati Christian University (CCU). He spent the early part of his career in the private sector managing private lots, garages, and valet services. He now enjoys assisting his team in managing PARC, a $20 million, nonprofit organization that strives to give back to the community through development and new business ventures.
