Biography
Kris Becker, PE, has devoted 17 years of leadership to the City of Spokane, Wash. As Senior Engineer, she streamlined the permitting process for building and land use applications. Her work led to her current position as Director, Development Services Center, which includes management, strategy, and oversight of the engineering, building, planning, and code enforcement teams. She has recently added the parking services division to her management umbrella.
