IPMI is aware of fraudulent practices and/or organizations loosely representing themselves as affiliated with the International Parking & Mobility Institute and/or the 2020 IPMI Conference & Expo. You may have already been contacted for one or more of these types of offers. We encourage you to educate yourself and only use approved Official Service Contractors. That list available in the Exhibitor Service Center (ESC).
Beware of other organizations purporting to have our conference attendee list available for sale. Only IPMI maintains the conference registrant list. While the offer may seem legitimate, you are not purchasing an authentic list of 2020 IPMI Conference & Expo attendees. We advise you not to provide such companies with your financial or other information. Ultimately, you may find the list to be outdated or erroneous information or individuals that are not actual registrants. We understand you want to market to attendees to drive traffic to your booth but purchasing a third-party list will not accomplish this and you will have wasted valuable resources with no ROI.
NOTE: Because of today’s privacy laws, we have changed our policy on selling list of attendees. We are, however, able to provide the attendee list in mailing labels or you can purchase email blast sponsorships through IPMI and we will distribute your message on our email platform.
IPMI is in receipt of several reports from exhibitors regarding companies (Exhibitor Housing, Convention Housing Services, Global Housing, etc.) who have contacted exhibitors to "assist" with hotel reservations. You may have to check your junk mail box occasionally to find us. Exhibitor newsletters, announcements, show updates and other pertinent exhibitor information will be sent to the email address you provided; please help us make sure it arrives in your inbox.
