In this course, learn from the University of Virginia School of Continuing and Professional Studies how to be leaders. Join us and learn how to create an environment for employees to generate success:
· Explore management theories and their common themes.
· Study pathways and pitfalls of individual personality styles and examine the natural conflicts that can occur in communication between people with differing styles.
· Discuss the four leadership styles related to the Situational Leadership Model.
· Recognize that every move an individual makes affects the group and final outcomes.
