| February 15, 2019 | Register no later than this date to be eligible for the early bird rate PLUS the 25% speaker discount. |
| April 9, 2019 | Special request for onsite AV due to IPMI (including "sound"). Any request after this date will not be guaranteed. *To submit requests, access the Speaker Service Center (SSC) |
| May 8, 2019 | Register no later than this date to be eligible for the 25% speaker discount. |
| May 10, 2019 | All Presentation handouts (i.e.- PDF's and PowerPoint's) must be uploaded in the Speaker Service Center (SSC). |
If any deadlines or requirements are not met, the session will be at risk for removal from the education program without notice. By confirming your invitation to accept by way of the Speaker Agreement, you are agreeing to these deadlines and requirements.
In addition to those deadlines requiring a response, these key dates will help you stay on target and take advantage of the greatest savings:

| February 15, 2019 | Register no later than this date to take advantage of early-bird rates plus 25% speaker discount. |
| March 8, 2019 | IPMI will provide 2019 IPMI Conference & Expo Speaker PowerPoint template. This template and any event branded slides must be used for all presentations. |
| April 9, 2019 | Book Travel. Remember, IPI has negotiated discounts through Delta Airlines. |
| May 8, 2019 | Register no later than this date to be eligible for the 25% speaker discount |
