CANCELLATION POLICY

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by May 8, 2019. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked on or after May 8, 2019. Submit all requests to IPMI Registration via email at conference@parking-mobility.org.
 
  • IPMI regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions/Transfers are gladly accepted for full registrations! The following fees will be accessed to substitute/transfer your registration:

Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.

NOTE: We are unable to offer refunds for Networking Activities, William M. Voigt Golf CAPP Classic, Expo Hall Only tickets, Opening Welcome Event tickets or Spouse/Companion registrations.
